About BCA: Heather McGrath

Heather McGrath, Senior Associate, is part of both BCA's preservation and conservation departments. As a graduate of the Historic Preservation program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Design, her primary roles are preservation planner and project manager. She is well versed in conditions assessments for both interior and exterior projects and in current and proposed incentives for historic preservation, green architecture, and low-income housing that correlates with her experience preparing Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits. The combination of experience she brings by performing archival research, documenting existing conditions, reviewing proposed design work, and recommending appropriate treatments for restoration and rehabilitation to ensure compliance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation have helped many owners realize tax credit savings.
