About BCA: BCA New York
Building Conservation Associates, Inc.'s New York office is located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. With a full time staff of 22, BCA New York is meeting the needs of architects, owners, developers, and local and state government of the tri-state area. Opened in 1985 in the South Street Seaport by Raymond M. Pepi, BCA has grown into a full service firm with New York as the headquarters for all of its research and scientific endeavors.
