Building Conservation Associates, Inc. is a building technology firm founded in 1985 by Raymond Pepi. BCA specializes in the preservation and conservation of historic buildings and works of art.

Preservation is the transmission of culture from one generation to the next. Our communities, including their visual and material culture, make up our national heritage. BCA is committed to supporting and preserving our national heritage -- whether it's the analysis of pigments to date a 19th century paint, the creation of measured drawings of a cathedral, or the formulation of a preservation master plan for a multi-building corporate campus, we recognize and honor great design, quality, and craftsmanship.

BCA provides the professional expertise that helps communities and our clients retain and celebrate this heritage within the practical realities of our modern built environment.
