Designed by Gaetano Russo (1892), BCA’s first role at the monument was from 1989 to 1990, consulting as part of the Coliseum Site project. Again in 2004 BCA was called back to the site to re-assess the monument and design restoration repairs as part of the Columbus Circle Park project.
