The Gilsey House was built in 1869 by Daniel Badger of Architectural Ironworks. BCA conducted a comprehensive study to assess the conditions of the cast iron façade and slate roofs.  Plans and specifications were prepared for exterior restoration.  BCA provided Construction Monitoring services including cost estimating and Construction Administration.
